Now known as "Darling Thieves", I Hate Kate was fronted by Zebrahead singer Justin Mauriello. The band was forced to change their name when one of Justin`s ex-girlfriends "Kate" left an angry voicemail on his phone in 2010, claiming she would sue the band for using her name.WHAT A BITCH!
The band changed their name, but continues to rock!
