Other than the fact that HWP is from Utah, I don`t know shit about them! "Chances Are" was released in 1996, independently and features 10 great tracks. They kind of remind me of the band Live, or The Verve Pipe. That`s about all I know!If you have ANY information about this band or cd, or anything on this blog, please leave me a comment!
