Here is a super tight R&B cd from Seven. This self titled EP features 5 smooth tracks, including his biggest song to date "Ride". Seven, was born Monroe Saddler in Newport News, VA. He has been making music for years and has regional success and gets radio play in Atlanta. He has opened shows for Mack 10, Killer Mike, Silk, David Banner, and more.
Here is an awesome cd from El Jay Williams. It features 3 tracks ("If You Love Me", "Walk Away", and "Available To You"). I am not positive about the date of it`s release, but I want to say 2005. Here is a super cool promo single from "Johnny P.". Released in 1989, it holds 2 versions of "Please Say You Want Me", the Lp version, and the Extended version.
The Extended Version was released nowhere else but on this promotional cd. You have to love these old promo cds singles from the major labels. A lot of them had awesome artwork that you couldn`t find anywhere else. Many had cool remixes, often produced by the hottest producers of the time.
Check out this IMPOSSIBLE to find gem from "Poison Ivy". It was released in 1982 by the group on EvenFlow Records. I don`t have much information on these guys. If you know ANYTHING about this group and/or this tape, please leave me a comment.
